Since all of our pet supplements will be receiving updates to packaging, we're rolling out changes slowly, in stages, to ensure a smooth transition and help maintain the quality of our processes and products.  

That means it will take a few months to see full updates on all our products, packaging, website, and ecommerce listings. Please note that you may receive old or new packaging during this time.

VetriScience® Rebrand FAQ 

Why did you decide to make these changes?

After many years of our classic white packaging, we knew it was time for a refresh. We relied on customer feedback, consumer surveys, and a lot of data to decide how our new bags, jars, and bottles should look.

We also utilized consumer testing to develop a whole new naming convention for our products: Now, each category shows products that tell shoppers exactly how each supplement will benefit their pets.

Did the supplement formulas or ingredients of any products change? 

No! Unless specifically stated, all our "new look" products are made with the same science-backed, vet-formulated, and third-party-tested premium formulas that you trust. You'll find all the information about our new product line and product names above. 

Why does the packaging look so different?  

We wanted to make sure we were offering the cleanest shopping experience for our customers, so we developed a design for our packaging that makes it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. In testing, 83.6% of respondents agreed that the new design effectively communicates product benefits.

You may receive old or new packaging until we have fully moved through our current inventory.

Why can’t I find my usual products? 

Part of this change includes updating all the names of our products to provide an easier, more seamless way for shoppers to browse, compare, and choose the right supplements for their pet. Use the Product Guide above to see all our legacy product names and find your favorites. (If you don't see your product above, it may have been discontinued.)

If your favorite product is temporarily out of stock, you can sign up for re-stock alerts on any product page by clicking "NOTIFY ME WHEN THIS PRODUCT IS BACK IN STOCK" and providing your email address.

Will I still be able to order my favorite products?  

Yes! While you may see a few products temporarily out of stock while we move to new packaging, we don't anticipate any significant disruptions in ordering or shipments. You can still order your regular calming, joint, immune, and probiotic supplements through the VetriScience® website, Chewy, Amazon, Walmart, Petco, Target, HealthyPets, or wherever you buy your pet products.

Veterinary Strength products (formerly Pro Line) can be purchased online through our site; on Amazon specifically through our partner seller, Pattern; or at many veterinary clinics and online vet pharmacies nationwide. During the transition, you may receive classic or updated packaging—but the exact same formula you and your pet love! 

Does this affect my recurring subscriptions? 

If you have a current active subscription through vetriscience.com, your orders will continue to process as normal for products that are in stock. While the name of the product and the design of the package you receive may change, all product numbers (SKUs) will remain the same. This means that subscriptions will not be affected. (Be sure to review the Product Guide above for a refresher on new names!)
